I've just got back from WI and have lost 3lbs this week bringing my total to 44 lbs in 14 weeks. I only have 6 lbs to lose to get my 50 lbs certificate. I'm aiming to lose at least 1.5 lbs this week to get down another stone.
I lost the weight of this fish!
