I had my WI today and lost 5.5 lbs! I was so thrilled, this makes my total weight loss so far 26.5 lbs in 7 weeks which I think is a great loss and am proud of. This also means I've lost the equivalent of 212 sausages! I need to lose 1.5 lbs next week to give me my forth silver seven (2 stone) and my 10%. I am so happy I've reached the 25lb mark I thought I would have given up by now!
