
I've discovered yoga! I started doing it last week after I got a few DVD's and I really enjoy doing it. I really feel it's making a difference although I am dissapointed that it is considered a low impact exercise as I find it quite hard work! I bought another yoga DVD a few days ago "love yoga" with Jane middlemiss which I did NOT enjoy, the poses are held for way too long and the bloke that does it is really annoying. I've also started doing pilates, I got the pilates weight loss exercise for dummies DVD and Iv'e done it a few times but do not like it as much as the yoga. Hopefully after a few weeks doing these I'll have the courage to go to the gym, I'm not quite ready yet I need to be a bit fitter before I go, I don't want to get there be working out for 5 minutes then stop because I'm dripping with sweat and completly exhausted seems like that would be a waste of money!
